About Me

I am a full-stack software engineer in Istanbul, working at Koç Finans. Most of my work has been Java and Spring Boot on the backend, with React, Angular or JSF on the frontend and Oracle SQL or PostgreSQL underneath.

Before my master’s degree I was a full-stack developer in the Ground Operations team at Turkish Airlines Technology. During my bachelor’s degree I worked part-time at TÜBİTAK BİLGEM and as an intern at Netaş.

I completed an MSc in Advanced Software Engineering at the University of Leicester with Distinction, while supporting six computer science modules as a Teaching Assistant. My thesis project, Street Social, is a Spring Boot and React Native app with LoRA fine-tuned community chatbots.

I care about clean code, SOLID principles and software that stays fast and maintainable as it grows, and I enjoy working in agile, cross-functional teams.
